| The
department of Neurosurgery, Pakistan Institute
of Medical Sciences, Islamabad is organizing the
6th Orientation course for FCPS-II Neurosurgery
from August 1st – 7th, 2005 at PIMS, Islamabad.
There will be 15 to 20 residents participating
in the course from all over Pakistan.
It
is generally observed that the candidates fail
themselves because they respond to a practical
question from the book. The objective of the course
is to familiarize the residents with the pattern
of different parts of the examination. The emphasis
will be more on the practical aspects rather than
the theoretical knowledge. The format of the programme
is as followed:
