Overview

The Deptt of Gynae/Obst PIMS is located in MCH Center, PIMS. MCHC Hospital gifted to the Government of Pakistan by the People of Japan (JICA) in 1999.It is a 156 bedded unit comprising of an indoor facility as well as a separate out patients department and a floor dedicated to Training of personnel namely MCH Training Center. MCH Centre is recognized by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan for FCPS, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, UK for MRCOG and SZABMU for MS postgraduate training.
