Strengthening staff preparedness
PIMS held 17 fire safety training and drill programmes from 31 August to 28 September 2026. Sessions were led by the CDA Fire Department, the National Institute of Fire Technology (NIFT), and a PIMS trainer trained by NIFT as a Station Fire Officer.
The programme focused on fire-safety awareness and readiness for emergencies, helping protect patients, visitors and hospital staff.
