More than 190 original research papers published in national and international journals by the Department of ENT-HNS since inception.

Sixty seven doctors trained at the department have obtained their fellowship from the college of physicians and surgeons and thirteen have obtained there ms ent degrees from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University.

• Department follows a structured training programme.
• The department has teaching schedule with immense healthy academic environment in addition to the best indoor and outdoor patient care. There are sixteen post-graduate residents currently working in the department.
• The entire syllabus is covered under six subheadings as a bimonthly schedule followed by a mcq's or short essay quiz.
• Six regular teaching sessions per week at the beginning of the day.

• Joint cancer clinic with nori: Saturday (going on for last 20 years).
• Regional meetings (Isb/rwp): every 3rd month (going on for last 20 years).
• Medical record keeping is done by the Post graduate residents.
• Video session for teaching surgical skills, radiology session, and pathology slides review are part of the academic programe.
• FCPS intensive courses.
